Proposed by rule. Nobody has confirmed it, so nothing built on these values states a fact.

Not set. How far this project can move does not exist in the register, and the scenario engine cannot move anything without it. This is a question for the department, not a default.

Narrative

This piece of equipment is an attachment to a Loader for picking up snow in the metered parking area and parking lots. It replaced the 1971 Sicard snowblower. Every measurable snow storm, it is used to load windrowed snow into trucks to be hauled to the Town snow dump behind DPW. Various parts have been replaced over the years, including both the front and rear engines and augur system. Without a large snow blower of this type, snow removal time would be increased three to four times. With snow removal cost at $500+ per hour, it is a valuable time and money saver.
