Not set. How far this project can move does not exist in the register, and the scenario engine cannot move anything without it. This is a question for the department, not a default.
Narrative
The grader is used to regrade the 33 miles of gravel roads throughout Town. Due to the heavy volume of traffic on many of our gravel roads, the grading frequency is higher than would be expected. The only solution to reduce the grading cycles is to pave roadways. During the winter months, the grader is used to move snow in the downtown parking along the street and cut ice in areas where it has bonded to the pavement.
