This vehicle is a 2017 Honda Ridgeline. It is all wheel drive and includes all the equipment as in the patrol sedans with the exception of a partition between the front and rear sets. It is used as a spare vehicle when other cars are being serviced or repaired, and used for its utility capabilities to haul signs, barricades, cones, message board, etc.
